Pharmacovigilance Glossary Terms
LRPV (LOCAL RESPONSIBLE FOR PHARMACOVIGILANCE): is the person responsible for some or all (if required by the country specifications), of the pharmacovigilance tasks in a country or territory.
For some territories, this person needs to be formally nominated.
Unless defined otherwise, this person should have a university degree in natural sciences or human/veterinary medicine to be habilitated to act as a responsible person for pharmacovigilance activities
